How about this theory... next Thursday FRanti at Belly Up Aspen will be the first show back after his injury ($95 GA $185 Reserved!) and the Black Keys first show still selling tickets is 4/2. Maybe they are waiting to see if these two are healthy before finalizing everything else.

I believe that is very possible at this point.. sad really. This has killed the momentum & ticket sales for sure. More money for less music ... Does the letter from Gary mean anything when it seems as though they don't care about keeping thier word. 40 bands becomes aprox 40? TBA becomes ..and more? Initial lineup becomes.. Full lineup. These small changes seem to confirm Mountain Jam has raised thier prices for a far less quality festival with far less quality acts( not to take away from the awesome acts that are going to be there) .. Compare this to mj9 or last year and it is obvious ...they are trying to sell us less for MORE.

The end of the line up video says visit the website for the full lineup. This would mean the video does not have all of the names. Gary said the big names were announced meaning there were smaller names still to come.
I have noticed that Healy Brothers and Guitar Center advertisements are no longer present and the third stage (Healy / Colonel's Hall) is no longer listed on the map. Are we down to two stages needing fewer bands?

2 stages at a 4 day festival? Something has gotta give before I sell my tix for greener non corporate pastures! To start off so good this year and end so bad is just a real bummer..

There used to be 4 Stages at Mountain Jam. The awareness Village Stage was gone following MJ8. And now the Hall Stage may be gone also? What will the hall be used for? Let me guess,VIP something or other?

Not sure but as Mr Brow pointed out,the map only shows 2 stages and the Hall is not even listed as a spot on the map?

Don't get me wrong we have a great line up but it just not well rounded! We have how many female r&b blues acts plus Grace Potter? I'm excited about them all but a balance is needed. You shouldn't take away from the festival while raising all the prices and leading us to believe we were going to get more! Where are you now Gary?

Didn't realize this till I looked at schedule from last Year but the Hall only had Workshops and 2 late nights(Antibalas and Jackie Green)so except for Rat Boy(2x) and Paul Green's Rock Academy(2x alone and 1x with Sister sparrow) the Hall wasn't used as a Stage much. As opposed to MJ8 where there were 3 late Night acts and 12 Bands playing in there(not counting the Pre-party on Thursday)

There is a lot on the current map that isn't marked but was labeled last year: Main Lodge, Learning Center, Sponsor Village, VIP lounges, showers, medical tents. Just because the Healey Hall stage isn't currently on the map, I wouldn't immediately assume that it won't be used in 2015.
I also wouldn't assume that there are going to be no artist additions. It is definitely a few weeks later than Mtn Jam normally announces additions, but it isn't like there is no time. The festival isn't for another 79 days. I'd be surprised (and very disappointed) if the lineup was complete with 28 bands.

^^^ That being said, with the headliners this year not being the 2-set 4-hour show variety, it is possible that Mtn Jam decided to have both late night bands outside. When someone like Ratdog or Mule takes up the 9pm-1am time slot, there isn't really room for two bands after. Something like this isn't outside of the realm of possibility.
Friday 9:00 Robert Plant 11:00 Dopapod 1:00 DSOTM
Saturday 9:00 Black Keys 11:00 Budos Band 1:00 Big Gigantic
