Mmj for late night after mule would be tities. Then finish with either the dead or wsmfp or sci or the black crowes and you got tities.

With Governor's Ball down the highway the same weekend, and the Black Keys playing both, you have to wonder if any of the others will come up to the Mtn.: My Morning Jacket? That'd be huge as a Friday headliner. Other possibilities: Tame Impala, Ryan Adams, Flying Lotus. I, for one, would LOVE to see Blitzen Trapper return for a longer set.

Blitzen Trapper... yes... definitely...
Their set, CRB, Anders... those are the ones from last year that snap me back into MJ mode.
epic MULE too
Antibalas was fun

The Word is back touring together. Perhaps we will see them again on the mountain. I agree that some of that Governor's Ball lineup would be lovely. Last headliner spot I'm calling: 50 Yrs of Dead/String Cheese or Grace Potter. Shakey Graves/Felice Bros/Langhorne Slim would all fit. sts9 late night makes sense. Wouldn't be surprised to see Gary Clark Jr back. Revivalists were popular. Would love to see MMJ, but doubt it. 3 Gov Ball acts that I really would like to see are J Roddy Walston & the Business, Benjamin Booker and/or Strand of Oaks. Any of those would kick ass. Tame Impala would be insane. Sharon Jones & the Dap Kings or Lake Street Dive would be cool. Railroad Earth or Yonder Mtn String band. Xavier Rudd would be great on the mountain, I dig the Avett Bros but how about Old Crow this year instead? I'm not even gonna bring up Dr. Dog, b/c I know they won't be there. Yea, you can say that I'm pumped for tomorrow! lol

All I needed to see was Robert Plant. Saint will be upset with the addition of RRE.

i think i predicted robert plant.
is he closing the fest? i would assume yes. where are people seeing the shakes headlining sunday.
also, mule better headline friday or another day. shakes headlining over mule would be wrong.
overall good line-up.

Grace Potter & the Nocturnals. 8 years ago maybe a fit at Mtn. Jam. I don't see where they fit in... Her band is great. She was good when she played the B3. Now she's just over-promoted and really screechy / annoying. I guess on Friday night, opening for Robert Plant. I'd hate to see a Saturday Mule extravaganza interrupted by her. I can envision a Mule > Black Keys > Mule vibe that could be almost as great as Sat. night last year.
