Moongoddess. Thank you. I was able to get one from Kaatskill Mountain Lodge today. They opened up a block of rooms if anyone else is looking. 1500 for a 1BR. (4 people max). 1900 for a 2 BR (6 people max).

I have a 1 bedroom with livingroom with sofabed and full kitchen looking to sub out for SUNDAY night only at cost..$299.00 + 30 bucks for taxes and resort fee $330.00 total.
