Prices, greed, ect... The price I pay every year, 4 day non camp, is basically the same. I've been to all the mtn. Jams, since the beggining, since it started as a 1 day show. Under $200 for 4 days of music, about 4 dollars a band. But people complain. Then please don't go, go see roger waters for $150 instead. Mtn. Jam is the best deal i've ever seen, with the best crowd and people. Nevermind the music blowing you ass off. Camp, don't camp, vip or not, it's your choice.....Mule rides on..

Agreed fawlty. I like to bitch as much as anyone and there are elements of the pricing that reek of gouging but it's a corporately run project and it's meant to be profitable for the .... corporation. The value received for the admission ticket is outstanding. The "extra" packages can dilute that. The car camping and parking cost/issues are things that I don't agree with - but realistically, I knew those things were bound to happen. Bottom line is it's all about maximizing revenue and they will do that by putting out a strong lineup - can't complain about that.....

Thats all I try to say, I do not camp, Local motel, beds and shower. I already spent extra. Me and a friend split everything. If you camp, I assume you split costs. You have many options to pick from. Once you sway from the thoughts of music, and think about corporate making money, thats what they all do, festivals are not free to put on. If people cant afford it, then stay home, very simple. I will never miss mountain jam, it's in my blood. Go mule
