I spoke to a guy who was with him when he broke his wrist... Apparently it was golf cart related...

I wonder if the poor health line is a line his lawyer put out there to help with their case against the film company. Just last week, Gregg was confirming that the postponed Beacon shows were being added in October with additional shows added. He also has solo dates, the Peach Festival, Lockn', etc. coming up this year. I bet Gregg will be fine.
That being said, if he can't play MJ, they could do an ABB family jam show similar to Wanee several years ago.

IF,the Allmans cancel,then it seems logical that we'd get 2 nights of Mule, no others need apply!

I would assume they would announce something before hand if this were the case right? I'm sure there's a Ton of people who bought Sunday passes just to see ABB and would be let down if they showed up and got anther night of Mule instead.

I really don't think Gregg is canceling. He has seven solo west coast (and Florida) dates starting Saturday.
Those are still on. ABB is playing MJ.

Gregg did not confirm anything " just last week". The interview released was from before Wanee and before the wrist injury. Not saying this to imply that he will be unable to play just in the interest of accuracy. He does have dates this weekend and no indication that those are not happening.

What is panic or MMJ doing that weekend? Panic is doing their Raleigh run and the Riverbend Festival. They play Boston the week after MJ! |
