Yup, the beginning of may you should get your tickets in the mail. If you have print pass, you should get an email around a week or two before the show that tells you that they are ready for you to print. If you haven't heard anything by 5 days prior to the show I would give front gate tickets a call. That happened to me last year. but once I called they sent me the email with in minuets of my phone call and I was all set.

Lastyear, printpass tickets were ready on May 6-2013.
