so UPS most likely lost my tickets wristbands. on my way into work i checked status and it said it was delivered last night at 8pm. i did not come across anything on my way out of the house this morning. my guess is the delivery guy didnt bother to knock (my lights were on) or even stick it inside the storm door. with last nights wind storm it could be anywhere. in terms of getting in touch with Mountain Jam about re sending out new wristbands ,whats my best bet. has anyone had to deal with "lost tickets" before??

ok it seems that the UPS tracking system sent out the wrong message. now it says its in transit again. WTF ups. thanks for mild heart attack LoL.

The UPS tracking for my wristbands said the package was set for pick up on the 7th and then for days there was silence. Finally today it shows it was in transit and transfered from onw facility to another on the 12th to the 13th.
UPS is not proving they have all logistics and communication aspects worked out.
The site does say it will be delivered on the 18th, which seems long since it initially was set for shipping on the 7th....
Rinnies, I am sorry for the mild heart attack, it makes for a distraction.......

Is anyone else's onsite parking pass being mailed seperately? I just got the email that my wristband got mailed out but it doesnt say anything about my parking pass..

ok, im going to assume that since i ordered my parking pass ~2 months later than my tickets that they will be shipped seperately, I cant find anything to print for the actual pass, only the receipt for the order. It says it is "in pulse queue" which im guessing means its still waiting to ship??

Mine is shipping from AZ via UPS Mail Innovations. AKA sending fast via UPS, and letting the US Postal Service screw it up and delay it by 3 days. What a great "innovation." Anyway, they often say DELIVERED when it's just handing off to USPS to deliver in a few days.

Just got an email that my "On-Site Parking Pass" has been shipped. I ordered my wristband separately.............no email on that yet.

I got mine today. Parking/camping sticker and wristbands. Important warning . Don't mess with the wristbands. They tighten, but don't loosen . If you put it on and tighten, your stuck wearing it until the Jam.
