Is it correct that I cannot get a parking pass without camping this year? Last year we got a 3 day pass with no camping, and a separate parking pass. We aren't interested in camping, but the parking pass was worth the money.

The site says:
On-Site Parking Pass:
Park your car in Hunter Mountain's parking lot in close proximity to the festival and campground entrance. PLEASE NOTE: If you don't have an On-Site Parking Pass, you will need to park in an off-site lot and take a shuttle to the festival entrance!
Nothing there about a camping pass... RV says:
Premium RV Pass:
Camp in your RV in Hunter Mountain's parking lot within a 5-minute walk from the festival gate.
Each individual must have a 4-Day Pass w/ Camping or 3-Day Pass w/ Camping to camp in the Riverside RV area.
Required and it is listed in the description. I would think you are OK.

Supply and demand...
Down here $49 to park for the Nationals. Half that to ride in on transit but double or triple the time.
Back in NY a few weeks back and the kids wanted to zip up the Empire State building... $99 the uncle said... GTFOOH... true...

Where can one park their motorcycle for a one day attendance at the fest??? Motorcycles get around easy.. are unobtrusive and you would think could be tucked in somewhere fairly easy..Any advice/ information/ past years experience..and/ or advice and knowledge? Come on my fellow biker Bro's..what's the story here??? I'd love to advocate for designated Motorcycle parking on the festival grounds...Only thing as cool as rock'n'roll..obviously are Motorcycle's and those who ride em'!!!!! Who's with me?

Hmmmmmmmmm... good question. Sometimes people in those houses close by charge cars to park on their lawn. Bike doesn't take much space. If you're not coming from far away I might try riding in the day before to scope it out. Call MJ directly and ask. Probably something they haven't thought of, think of how many you could park in one RV spot. A motorcycle lot up top by the entrance would look cool and be something to work on for next year. First come first serve for free just to line up 50-100 bikes. I bet you could get a Hudson Valley cycle shop or even OCC to foot the biil for advertising and promote the relative ecofriendliness of bikes.

They should have a bike area - but I don't think they do..... Like the guy with the unibrow says, it's worth making a call or email to MJ about.

I'm pretty sure last year I remember seeing a few motorcycles parked in a small grassy area on the grounds of Hunter Mountain near the festival entrance. I don't know if they had permission to park in that specific spot, but it didn't look like anyone was giving them a hard time about it.

Mr Brow does not have a unibrow, very little hair on his head in fact. MrBrow drank a lot of Meisterbrau when he was younger. He prides himself on being able converse on both high and low brow topics.
