We Declare:
The message board is the voice of MJ
MJ is bigger than us. The copyright can be sold but it belongs to the spirits from the five directions.
Overzealous security/fences/corporation is adverse to the MJ vibe. (Build bridges not walls, man)
The famous MJ vibe is created by 15,000 friends we've never met. (Friends seen and unseen...)
Levon is watching over us
Franti will make the weather as it needs to be
We Promise:
to treat the night before the initial announcement like Christmas eve
to never be 100% happy with the initial announcement... or second... or third...
to always be able to name 50 more bands that should have been added
to find a new favorite band in the list we complained about
to attend the Native American opening and blessing
(Where did it go last year?)
to stop and take in the view at least once each day and realize it's great to be alive
to live these four days like we want the other 360 to be
We must:
Find a new way to communicate with the promoters
Positive peer pressure the 100 people that don't belong (Glass bottle, needle, nitrous bringing thieves...)
Peacefully attack the fences.
