Hi guys,
This is our first MJ and we and a few friends have a Mountaintop RV Pass. I’m wondering what the showering and bathroom situation is like. I’m a little OCD and planning goes a long way for me. From what I see on the forum, it sounds like showering is going to be $5 each and are probably in some kind of trailer.
Are there showers/bathrooms nearby the mountaintop RV area or is it a long walk? Are there long lines at the showers? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Dave

The updated map with toilet and shower locations has not posted but based on last year the pay showers, in a trailer, were at the bottom of the hill, near the campground entrance. The showers were clean and there were lines but the longest I waited was about 20 minutes. As for the porta potties, there were a sufficient amout located around the campgrounds and fields and were serviced regularly. I didn't have any issue with the sanitation needs for the festivals. Here is the map from last years festival showing the locations of bath and shower locations.

Anyone have any pictures they can post regarding Mountain Top Camping? I saw some from last year from LucasBeard but I'm wondering if there are more that are specific to this area. I'm interested in seeing how tents were set up. With car camping, on the other side, there was no rhyme or reason... the 10x30 spot was nonexistant.
I personally want to use as much space as allowed without imposing upon others, so any pix would be appreciated.
Thanks
