In case you haven't seen this yet, Umphrey's lighting director, Jefferson Waful, did a diary for Jambase of their weekend at MJ & Waka.

Several good nuggets in here, including this line as the band is in the van headed back to NYC & listening to music:

"3:42 a.m. - Jake keeps saying 'we should cover THIS' song. During every song."

I dig Umphs..

I've only seen them a few times and i really have own any of their recorded music - but i love their shows..

Dude was playing Van Halen's Eruption - faster AND cleaner than Eddie Van Halen... I was impressed..

Always a good time... Especially late might...

Jazz is the teacher - Funk is the preacher..

dissatisfied: The ADA parking off the premises this year was horrendous. There was a long line to get into parking plus traveling a long distance, we reside at Hunter Heights, the school bus shuttle was not handicapped accessible. Paying for ADA parking is mercenary. Jun 23, 2017 20:48:04 GMT -5
