So heres a few pleases add.
For your coolers:
Pre chill if you can the night before just put a sacrifcial bag of ice in them or if you plan to use large jugs that are frozen do it a bunch of hours before hand.
If you have a way to cover it do so shiny emergency blankets work great at keeping them out of the sun and look fun too.
Using big 2 liter bottles frozen with water is a great way to save ice and it takes longer to melt.
Got a lot of $$$ Get a YETI cooler
Extra sandals or bring boots
Sun block put on especially in the shade days (I know it usually rains but hopefully this year after Thursday am we will be good to go)
Advil / aspirin / stomach type meds/ extra perscriptions and contact lens stuff including liquids
A cover for on top on top of your tent an ez up is great - or a tarp and a tarp for the underside of tent make sure NONE of it sticks out from the sides of the tent
Water did I mention water and water bottles to bring to field to fill on site
Cool stuff - hammocks - bubbles - glitter - hard candy - gum - a fan the has a liquid sprayer for the hot days and "hot" people (ask first)
