Here's some tips before you leave....

Being from Canada, I've realized that the laws are different from state to state.

Make sure your documentation is valid and up to date. Licence, registration, insurance

Print off the maps on how you are travelling to Mountain Jam

Know the laws of the road. Respect each States road laws.

Research your route so you aren't fumbling around the car while driving.

If you are coming from Canada, remember your passport and remember that if it's about to expire, you may not be allowed entry to the USA.

Please add tips for people coming in from far away.

Other tips - Bring jumper cables and a spare key hidden in a space spot in case you lose your primary set of keys.

Personally, I like to leave home early enough to break up the drive and take at least one extended break for food or rest it helps to break up the 10 hour drive.

Double check to Make sure all brake, head lights, turn signals and license plate lights are all working.

Remember your passport.... it's a long way home when you get turned around at the border
