Chef Johnson tells me he will be with his Crawfish pie and Alamgeer says the Desi Food Trucks will be back serving up Puri Bhaji!

Had the BBQ, very good ribs and hog. I saw the Chef Johnson get up and looked at it. Glad to see some eclectic mix on the food scene. Ill be packing in my full kitchen set up.

Are some of the food trucks open all night? I'm bringing my camping stove or is it not necessary?

Not that I recall, but they are open very very late. I saw some that were open when the latenight acts were on stage.

I would bring the stove. The food trucks tend to close early but some of the food stands in front of the lodge are open late. Sometimes it's easier to fix yourself a quick bite or a hot drink than to schlep all the way to where the vendors are.

Looks like they eliminated the food truck area and more of the vendors have gourmet offerings (which is good but just means slightly more expensive). Taste Budd's has been replaced with Coffee Podd - hope their offerings are comparable.
