For all of you camping with the official mountain jam forum group, we will be meeting up at MacGregors on the Wednesday afternoon. Before the festival, I may have our location set in stone, yet if I don't, and you haven't come in with us, please be patient. As soon as we get situated on the mountain, I will mass text you.
If you haven't sent me your cell phone number, please do so as you will receive periodic into regarding what we are doing, and the BBQ, etc.
I will be at Hunter Mountain by Sunday June 1st but will keep in touch here on the forum.

Looks like it is a different entrance area this year based on the email I just received. The intersection of Route 214 and Ski Bowl Road (google maps: www.google.com/maps/preview?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=route+214+and+ski+bowl+road,+hunter,+ny&aq=&sll=37.6,-95.665&sspn=43.859338,84.375&vpsrc=0&t=h&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=New+York+214+%26+Ski+Bowl+Rd,+Hunter,+Greene,+New+York+12492&z=16&iwloc=A) Quite the distance away from McGreggors and the entry point from last year. The map does not reflect this as far as I know. Luckily if we are all showing up Wednesday afternoon-evening this will give us plenty of time to figure out how we want to go about getting into line  |

I have class until 8:30pm Wed night so not sure when I'm arriving. So where are we meeting if not McGregor's?

Cupcake I'm guessing you could trade mtn top for reg camping - Just gotta poke around. (you may need a different travel pass too.)
Also on entrance yes the "other entrance" is about 2 miles away from mac gregors in no wheres ville. Looks like they are trying to keep traffic off 23.

omg i feel so dumb!! i thought my 4 day camping pass including a camping pass because it was so gosh darn expensive. i am on my way out the door and just realized that i dont have car camping. i will be there in abt 3 hours, i am hoping someone can help track down a car camping pass. if not i am hoping that someone will have room for me and my stuff in their car so i can camp with you guys?? i am on my way out...see you guys soon. hopefully i can figure this out!!!
