As for the Healey Hall, yes! It's back but with an upgrade - we've opened up more of the area, and added in a bar. For 2017 it is called The Empire State Tap House presented by Healey Hall.

Also, where is everyone coming from? Anybody interested in doing a little meetup and craft beer exchange on Thursday? We're coming from MD and have some good brews down here. We are coming from Maine and bringing an assortment of local microbrews. We are planning on being there pretty damn early Thursday hoping to get a car camping spot by the tree lines. We are down for a little beer exchange. We love trying different beers of all kinds. |

clashfinder.com/s/mountainjam2017/?Put that together based on the schedule in the App. Looks like they're leaving some gaps between the Mountain and Valley Stage this year. Not sure why as they could easily just make those sets a little longer for the bigger acts at the end of the day. The revivalists could keep me entertained for 75-90 minutes, same with White Denim, St. Paul and the Broken Bones and you could give Gary Clark Jr. 2 hours for all I care!

Does anyone know the rules around car camping sites? we have two groups coming each with their own car camping pass. one group will get there earlier than the other. will we be allowed to set up two spots next to each other even though the second car won't arrive until some time later?

Does anyone know the rules around car camping sites? we have two groups coming each with their own car camping pass. one group will get there earlier than the other. will we be allowed to set up two spots next to each other even though the second car won't arrive until some time later? Both cars need to arrive at the same time to be placed together. It is first come first serve and both cars need passes. Last year we saw a group come in thinking only 1 of them needed passes and after waiting on line for 2+ hours the other cars had to leave and go find parking. |

First time MJ'er here also in the car camping section. What time can we arrive to get the party started? I was hoping early afternoon to be fully set up for the evening. Facebook says: Mountain Jam Festival Camping Tollbooths open at 10 AM; check back day of as times are subject to change! |

This year they have camping at the snow tubing lot. I am aiming to camp there to avoid the hills. I don't mind the walk. Question is, I am arriving a day earlier than the rest of my group to get a decent spot. Last year you had to drop off your stuff in pick up/drop off. Since it is just me I don't want to leave all my stuff to park and shuttle back. I am hoping that since it is over by the hotel there will be a separate drop off. Should I try to scoop a car camping pass? Or chance it? Think I can hear the music way over there? I assume it won't be clear. Thanks in advance friends!

For those of you who don't know: Hunter Mountain has a Webcam that you can track the progress of the stages being built! Usually Mountain Jam comes before Taste of Country, but they keep the same stages up for both festivals. They just started building the Main stage today!
