To all the wonderful people that I've met over the years at the Mountain.
I officially say goodbye, at least this year at Mountain Jam, its a total letdown.
Anyone else feel the same?
This year's lineup has some holes in it and, although there are some solid performers, the change in dates, Fathers Day, and lack of some Acts make me feel my money is better spent elsewhere, I wish well to all attending and hope my friends on the Mountain stay happy and healthy going forward.
Boy I'm going to miss you guys....

I agree completely.
I reached out to MJ when they announced the change to Fathers Day weekend and hoped others would too.
As they didn't change it back to the 1st weekend of June, or some other date, I am out.
What a shame since I have never missed a MJ.
I also agree the headliners are lacking

Trying to come up with a metaphor...
The best I can do is: MJ has become that puppy that we loved so much and created so many great memories but now is just so messed up it is rolling around in its own poop and I need someone else to put the old boy down.

Firefly festival in Dover Delaware has a pretty nice line up. Same weekend as MJ |

Firefly fest looks gay as hell. LOL Delaware... Besides Dylan, Weezer and Busta what ya got? Muse, T-pain, OAR, That actor who plays in 30 seconds to mars. Enjoy that in Delaware. String Cheese will kill it!!

If you're out because you're not happy with the lineup I'm sure Peach Fest will be your best bet. Lineup is announcing soon the dates are probably mid August. I suggest looking into that one.
As for me, I'm very happy with the lineup this year. I don't know if I've ever seen a better one. Besides Steve Miller, Frampton and Petty, but hell that will be fun too I'm sure. At least it's not Dylan he is awful live.
