OK I thought I would try here to see if I can get any where, I know of a very good Prog band that I would like to see if I can get in to the Mt. Jam. Anyone know of the process?? They got out of high school last year and heading for Berklee and Belmont. King Crimson, Porcupine Tree, Trsserac Ect... These guys have over 2 hrs of there own music and are in the the studio now. Love to see whom to send a demo to. Thank you for any info you can pass on would be awesome.
Thanks Tom

Tom, Try posting the question on the MJ Facebook page. I've seen folks get responses to questions from MJ Admin on there.

Tom, Forward your demo to WDST Radio Woodstock. Send a letter with it stating your request and good luck.

Another possible option (just for exposure) would be to do what Dopapod did. Last year they played 2 sets, a late night inside and a shorter day set on one of the main stages...but during their set they said how they've been going to Mt Jam for years and the year before (I think) they brought in some gear and did a show in the camping area that really wasn't allowed, but might have helped them get on the bill in the future.

They did a campground show but that was sanctioned by Mountain Jam Organizers. It was Kick ass too.

Dude, your band needs what is called a manager. And next, a social media strategist.
