My thoughts on what to bring to a festival!
Tent
Shade tent
Extra Stakes
Hammer or mallet
Tarps [to hang on shade tent for extra shade, use underneath the tent, many uses]
Glowsticks to tie onto your guy lines [kind thing to do so your neighbors don’t trip on them in the dark!]
Sleeping bag/lots of blankets
Pillow
Tent fan
Cot or mattress
Lantern
Chairs
camp table is useful.
Cooler [3 or 5 day coolers are best-not necessary but you’ll use much less ice]
A camp flag
Solar powered lights
Toiletries
Baby wipes
Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer
Extra Toilet paper
Tooth brush/paste
Tylenol/Advil
Immodium
Band aides
Sunscreen
Aloe Gel
DEODORANT [PLEASE! do not forget this!]
Ear plugs
Clothing
Rain Jacket
Warm Coat
Mittens
Jeans
Good shoes
Rain Boots
sandals
Extra undies
tank tops
shorts
socks
Hoodie
T-shirts
Sunglasses
Hat
Bandanas
Food
Water Don't buy too much, you can get water at the festival.
Flavor packets to add to said water. Examples: Crystal Light, Emergen-C, lots of grocery stores have their own brand. Look for ones with added nutrients.
Gatorade
Trail mix
Beef jerky
Protein bars
BEER!
Cereal
Milk
easy foods to cook
Other stuff
Zip lock bags [keeps your stuff dry if it rains]
Trash bags
FLASHLIGHT!
Towel
Portable shower [one of those cheap 5 gallon jugs with a nozzle works great]
Bungee cords/rope
Jugs to carry water
Zip Ties
DUCT TAPE!
Extra Lighters!
Glowie stuff/bubbles/costumes.
*Important*
Tickets
Road Map
Passport (Out of country people)
Identification

After last year's rain event; I have broken down and purchased a high quality rain suit. With that, the boots, winter coat and hammock I should be set now.

I'm just glad my tent withstood the torrential downpour for 36 hours... thanks to Max bear, who owns a tent repair kit. I thought I was fubar!!

Pretty good list. We learned quite a bit from last year's Mountain Jam. My brother and I both went out and got rain suits afterwards. We also got a bit better tying our gear down to the hand truck or wagon. +
I've considered looking at the portable showers as the line for the showers at Mountain Jam was ridiculous.
I'd add the following:
Camp stove Propane Blocks to level out the camp stove or table.
I'd love to be able to join you all for Mountain Jam again this year, but the dates didn't work out. We're going to Vibes and Peach Fest this year.

Anyone know if they check ID when searching cars?
